How long are your decorative logs?
Our logs are available in lengths ranging from 10cm - 25cm. However, we can usually accomodate most special requirements. Simply get in touch and we can discuss this with you.
What are the diameters of your logs?
Currently, our logs range from 5cm to 14cm in width. Wider diameters can be arranged on a special order basis.

Do you treat your logs?
The only treatment undertaken is kiln drying which kills any bugs and helps prevent mould and mildew.
Your website says that there is a waiting period for logs. Do you let us know when they are ready?
Yes we do by email.
How are my logs delivered?
Your logs are delivered through City Link.
I am a few logs short of filling my space. Can I buy a few extra?
Yes, if for some reason you are short filling a space then simply drop us a call and we’ll discuss a price for a small top up delivery.
Why am I having problems completing my order at the payment stage?
Paypal processes all of our online payments via an iframe. This iframe is very clever technology which allows you to pay for your order under the security of Paypal whilst staying on our website. However, Paypal are aware that certain versions of Safari browsers are unable to visualise the iframe. If you are experiencing problems, one of our team will contact you regarding your attempted order.
